BioSilvia grew up in a world not unlike that which most of us know. The only difference is that in her world, not only did magic exist, it shaped all the beings in it. Of the sentient species, though perhaps breeds would be a more accurate term, there were three kinds. There were the /Mortals/, basically your everyday human, some with magical talent, but most would be dropped into our world without thought. Then there were the /Beast/. Shapeshifters that shaped magic as easily as the /Mortals/ breathed. Silvia is of the third kind /Moonborn/. Once just a name for the offspring of the two races, they have developed their own society, defined by incredible strength and the ability to speak to and command the simple kin, animals. They are identified by metallic hair and eyes and function as a bridge between the /Beasts/ of terrifying power and the /Mortals/ of brilliant technology. In this foreign world, Silvia was just another /Moonborn/, exceptionally talented with the simple kin, but in their highly mechanized and magical modern world there is little call for it. So she worked in a small town a veterinarian-slash-healer of /Beasts/. The only real companions in her life were Alexander, an over grown wolf that she managed to rescue after he was hit by a car, and what ever bird of prey she kept at the time as a falconer. It was a quiet, lonely life. | The most striking thing about her appearance is her hip length silver hair that can shine like a mirror or glow with a soft patina, depending on how she styles it. Her eyes are the best indicators of her mood, appearing more like a soft human gray when she is in a mild mood and more metallic and shining as she grows agitated. She isn't overly tall, and is built to be more curvy. A small vine tattoo wraps around her ring finger. |
Name: Silvia Eclipse Age: 25 Involvement: None Abilities: Cut off a hank of her hair and burn it and you get an equivalent amount of silver. Talks to/commands non-sentient animals. Buffy style strength while threatened, otherwise about twice what you'd expect her to have (think super adrenaline). Allergies: Penicillin and live pigs.
